SUMMERLIN
Designed to live as good as it looks, Summerlin delivers an incomparable lifestyle and quality of life for its residents. An abundance of parks, trails and golf courses come together with exceptional schools, cultural centers, shopping centers and medical centers to create a self-contained community unlike any other in Southern Nevada. Once you've experienced Summerlin, it's easy to understand why the community has ranked as America's best-selling master-planned community nine of the past ten years.

The Summerlin Library and Performing Arts Center is the architectural landmark and cultural cornerstone of the Summerlin community. It contains in excess of 100,000 volumes, a used bookstore, meeting and conference rooms, and an art gallery that features works from local and regional artists, an audio-visual department and technology center. The library's young people's division hosts a variety of youth-oriented literary programs, including children's storytelling and children's film festivals.

Comprised of over 22,500 acres of land, originally purchased by Howard Hughes and now managed by The General Growth Corporation, Summerlin is a multi-generational community, home to residents of all ages who worship in equally diverse ways and places. As a result, the community is currently home to more than a dozen existing or developing houses of worship representing ten different religions. Vistas, Ridges and Paseo are the first villages in Summerlin West. Summerlin's most westerly village to date, located at a higher elevation delivering unparalleled city views.
Stretching across nearly 1,300 acres, The Arbors is a mixed-use residential village that includes single-family and multi-family home neighborhoods. The village is home to Palo Verde High School, a brand new middle school and Elementary school and the Bob and Sandy Miller High Tech Center at Summerlin - a mini campus of the Community College of Southern Nevada. There are numerous parks and schools already in operation in this newest area with many more to follow. Prices in the Vistas and Paseos range from the mid $400K's to several million dollars!
The Arbors, located in Summerlin North, is almost completely built out. The Arbors Tennis and Play Park features five outdoor lighted tennis courts with a pro shop, as well as Arborville, a unique toddler tricycle track and play area. The Arbors Sports Park is a 60-acre joint-use education and community recreation complex and sports park featuring an Olympic-sized swimming pool, as well as numerous sports fields to augment those that already exist on the Palo Verde High School campus. Also included in the park is a new public community center owned and operated by the City of Las Vegas. The center features a full-size gymnasium, exercise and meeting rooms.
Summerlin consists of all types of residences from modest condominiums, in the mid $200K's to multi-million dollar custom homes on the golf course!
